Dr. Seema Gupta is an experienced educationist, academic administrator, and trainer with a multidisciplinary background in Management, Economics, and Law. She holds a Ph.D. from Singhania University, Rajasthan, for her research titled "An Empirical Study on Microfinance through Cooperatives." She also holds an LL.B., an M.A. in Economics, and a Bachelor of Arts degree.

She has extensive experience in planning, coordinating, and delivering Faculty Development Programmes (FDPs), teacher training programmes, research methodology workshops, academic leadership programmes, entrepreneurship development programmes, skill development initiatives, and student development programmes.

Her training expertise includes Outcome-Based Education (OBE), NEP 2020, research methodology, academic writing, innovation and entrepreneurship, digital learning, leadership, communication skills, and professional ethics. Prof. (Dr.) S. L. Gupta is a distinguished academician, trainer, researcher, and educational administrator with over 35 years of experience in higher education across India and the Sultanate of Oman. His expertise includes teaching, faculty development, curriculum design, research supervision, academic leadership, institutional development, quality assurance, accreditation, and outcome-based education. He has served as Professor, Director, Dean, Academic Coordinator, and Research Coordinator at institutions including Birla Institute of Technology, India, and Waljat College of Applied Sciences, Muscat.

He has designed and conducted Faculty Development Programmes (FDPs), Management Development Programmes (MDPs), Research Methodology Workshops, Entrepreneurship Development Programmes (EDPs), quality assurance and accreditation programmes, leadership development programmes, and skill development workshops. His training areas include research methodology, case writing, academic writing and publishing, Outcome-Based Education (OBE), NEP 2020, innovation and entrepreneurship, digital learning, artificial intelligence in education, leadership, communication skills, and professional ethics.

Mr. Sanjeev Bhardwaj

Mr. Sanjeev Bhardwaj is an experienced academic administrator, trainer, and programme management professional with over 28 years of experience in higher education and institutional administration. He has contributed to academic administration, faculty development, programme coordination, student services, institutional governance, and quality enhancement through his association with the DPC Institute of Management, the academic wing of the Delhi Productivity Council.

He has extensive experience in planning and coordinating Faculty Development Programmes (FDPs), Management Development Programmes (MDPs), skill development programmes, Entrepreneurship Development Programmes (EDPs), workshops, seminars, conferences, and industry-academia interaction programmes. He has also coordinated with regulatory and statutory bodies, including AICTE, DDA, and MCD, and has experience in placement coordination, corporate relations, institutional publications, documentation, consultancy support, event management, and administrative planning.

Mr. Santosh Kumar Upadhyay is an education administrator and programme coordinator with over 18 years of professional experience in administration, operations management, accounts, legal documentation, and institutional coordination. As the Full-Time Coordinator of Radiant Education Trust, he plays an important role in planning and implementing Faculty Development Programmes (FDPs), Management Development Programmes (MDPs), skill development programmes, Entrepreneurship Development Programmes (EDPs), research workshops, seminars, conferences, and student development initiatives.

His responsibilities include coordinating academic and administrative activities, managing admissions and student services, maintaining institutional documentation, organizing event logistics, and communicating with universities, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders. His areas of expertise include office administration, programme coordination, accounts management, records management, legal documentation, event management, and institutional liaison.

He is currently pursuing a Master of Social Work (MSW) from IGNOU to further develop his knowledge and professional skills.
